5 gallon barreled water production line integrates bottle washing, filling, and capping into one unit.

In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, bottle washer adopts multiple liquid injections washing and disinfectant spray. And washing solution can be used circularly. The sealer can seal bottle caps automatically. The barreled water production line equips with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy.

It is the ideal equipment for mineral water, distilled water and purified water producing process. It is the fully automatic barreled water producing equipment combined with machine, electronic and pneumatic components. 


The barrles that need to be packaged are transported along the channel formed by the bottle separation mechanism to the packaging area through the barrel conveying mechanism. The signal is given by the photoelectric detection head on the upper part of the dialing wheel, and the bottle conveyor stops. When the bottle pushing mechanism works forward, the packaging bottle reaches the sealing and cutting position along the bottle guiding mechanism and the film together. At the same time, the packaging bottle that completed the previous film covering is pushed into the power conveyor belt output machine, and the film feeding mechanism also works at the same time. Next, the heat sealing cutter moves downwards to complete the sealing function. The above process is continuously repeated to achieve packaging automation.
The actions of the above process, except for the conveyor structure, are completed by PLC program control.


Pallerizer arrange the finish products in 4*4 4*5, pick up, and pile up, save many labors and whole action is made by PLC.
Finish products is controlled by PLC through signal lamp, pushed by cylinder, finish the arrangement, up-down system come down, and gripper pick up the bottles, turn 90degree, drop down on the center place.
